How to Qualify
All wholesale account holders must run a business or holistic practice.
Discount and Order Minimums
Our wholesale account holders receive a 50% discount on our products.
We aim to offer exceptional flexibility to our boutique & eclectic retailers. This means you may curate your collection and choose which products you are most interested in to meet the mystique of your clientele.
Whether that be a particular collection or combination of our products lines. We believe customized versatility will be key to your successful offering.
We are happy to discuss your needs and tailor a collection that suits your budget.
Depending on the chosen products, the minimum buy in investment price averages between $310-$380. + Cost of Companion Brochure Cards, if applicable.

These Artisan Companion Cards effectively promote the product for you and were developed as an asset for ease of sales, in addition they prompt the patron to visit our website and educational portal where clients will find all the necessary information relating to each specific remedy.
Our display content was developed to streamline the user experience to promote a fun, creative, artistic and dynamic selling feature for our retailers which adheres to Health Canada Standards of selling protocol & advertising verbiage, ensuring the utmost care and attention to detail.
BALNEO THERAPY BATH SOAK REMEDIES
Our Homeopathic Shamanistic-ally infused Balneotherapy Bath Soak Remedies do not require a companion card as the back panel includes a detailed product description with further prompts / links to online educational support and additional product usages and therapeutic strategies.
No Retail Coupons or Promotions
White Wood Herbs offers exclusive discounts for our wholesale and retail customers. As a wholesale customer, you may not apply retail coupons or promotions to wholesale orders.
White Wood Herbs reserves the right to advertise our products at any price on any and all media, including but not limited to e-commerce sites
Minimum Advertised Price
Resellers may not sell White Wood Herbs products online for less than the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) listed on our price sheet under the column “Retail Price”.
This policy applies to all advertisement of MAP Products in any and all media.
This policy also applies to any activity which White Wood herbs determines, in its sole discretion, is designed or intended to circumvent the intent of this MAP Policy, such as solicitations for “group purchases” and the like.

Brick and Mortar Store Sales
Resellers that operate their business from a physical, “Brick and Mortar” store may hold sales on White Wood Herbs products not exceeding 25% off of the Minimum Advertised Price. Sales may be published online or through other media as long as the products themselves are not sold online at the sale discount.
Adhere to Health Canada & FDA Guidelines
While selling or marketing White Wood Herbs products, all wholesale account holders must use language that adheres to Health Canada and/or FDA guidelines.
In the event that you do sell our products online, you must comply with Health Canada and/or FDA guidelines in the product descriptions. It is your responsibility to be aware of Health Canada and/or FDA regulations and guidelines. Please utilize the premise and verbiage offered from the White Wood Herbs training centre and/or website. We will not process orders for any account that is out of compliance with this policy.
Ordering Permissions
Wholesale purchases may only be made by wholesale account holders and authorized current staff. It is a violation of our wholesale account policy to share your account information with clients, customers, friends, family or any other non-account holders.
Online Presence Restrictions
Google Shopping Merchant Center
Having duplicated information from multiple sources is prohibited by Google Merchant Center, therefore, White Wood Herbs is solely permitted to list our products for Google Shopping. Retailers are prohibited from listing White Wood Herbs branded products in their product feed in the Google Merchant Center. ”
Essence & Elixir Formulation Policy
White Wood Herbs proudly offers the highest quality Earth Medicine products, specially crafted by Auset Pollon. Each formulation is proprietary and should be used or sold as intended. White Wood Herbs prohibits all products from being blended into or used in any other formulation.

Return & Refund Policy
Here at White Wood Herbs we stand behind all of our products, yet by the very nature of their use and the fact that we are a small artisan business offering hand crafted & seasonal creations(of exceptional value) and often made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your order is damaged or incorrect in any way please contact us within 14 business days and we will pay for the mistake to be shipped or exchanged. If you do not contact us within the time given you are responsible for paying for the damaged, lost or incorrect item.
Please note that once opened all herbal, botanical & mineral remedies, cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic and health & safety reasons.
All approved exchanges can be applied to an exchange of product at the same value cost. Only items that have been damaged or missing from the order will be eligible for an exchange. Include a copy of the Exchange Authorization emailed to you by customer service with what you would like to exchange the returned product for. Please allow 7-14 business days after receipt for exchange of items.
